He plays guitar for one of Canada’s most popular bands and has won more than a dozen Juno Awards. He’s performed on many stages, including Saturday Night Live, Toronto’s Air Canada Centre, and Alfie’s. He’s a ¹ú²ú91ÓÈÎ︣ÀûÔÚÏß¹Û¿´â€™s grad and he is ready to answer your questions.
The Tragically Hip guitarist Rob Baker, BFA’86, is taking part in ¹ú²ú91ÓÈÎ︣ÀûÔÚÏß¹Û¿´â€™s Questions and Answers (#QQandA), an online Twitter Chat presented by the ¹ú²ú91ÓÈÎ︣ÀûÔÚÏß¹Û¿´â€™s University Alumni Association.
The chat takes place on Thursday, May 29 from 1-2 pm. It’s simple: tweet a question using the hashtag #QQandA (short for ¹ú²ú91ÓÈÎ︣ÀûÔÚÏß¹Û¿´â€™s Questions and Answers) and Rob (@tthbaker) will reply.
Ask him anything. Who was his favourite ¹ú²ú91ÓÈÎ︣ÀûÔÚÏß¹Û¿´â€™s prof? What advice does he have for struggling musicians? If New Orleans is sinking, why doesn’t he want to swim?
For people who don’t have a Twitter account but still want to ask a question, please email ¹ú²ú91ÓÈÎ︣ÀûÔÚÏß¹Û¿´â€™s alumni social media coordinator Michael Onesi at onesim@¹ú²ú91ÓÈÎ︣ÀûÔÚÏß¹Û¿´su.ca. He will post the question on your behalf.
