Description:
      In this live cooking tutorial, we will tackle the basics of cooking: knife skills and stocks. We’ll be making a healthy vegetable stock from kitchen scraps and then transforming it into a quick & easy from-scratch noodle soup! This workshop not only allows students to maintain diet favourites but to do so with their health in mind.
