This one-day symposium is sponsored by the Dean’s Office, Faculty of Arts and Science, ¹ú²ú91ÓÈÎ︣ÀûÔÚÏß¹Û¿´â€™s University. Faculty of Arts and Science Dean, Barbara Crow PhD is hosting this symposium to engage researchers and community members in a discussion around the experiences and needs of older adults in the first half of the twenty-first century.
Participants will include faculty, undergraduate and graduate students, post-doctoral scholars from ¹ú²ú91ÓÈÎ︣ÀûÔÚÏß¹Û¿´â€™s University, Trent University and Concordia University. The entire day is open to the public. An indigenous elder has been invited to open the symposium which will include academic presentations and micro-presentations by emerging scholars. Student posters will be on display throughout the day.
