We are committed to offering plant-based options in our foodservice locations. In 2024-2025, 53% of the recipes used in residence dining halls were vegetarian or vegan.
Where to Find Vegetarian/Vegan Options on Campus
- All food locations on campus offer vegetarian and vegan food options.
- If you are pescatarian, sustainable fish and seafood is offered at retail food locations across campus and regularly in our dining halls’ 5 week menu rotation, including daily at the deli.
Check out the for food locations.
Vegetarian/Vegan Meal Preparation
- Safe food handling practices are followed across our foodservice operations.
- We understand individual comfort level may vary. Although kitchen equipment may be shared (ie. charbroilers and flattop grills), designated sections separate food items and separate utensils are utilized for vegetarian/vegan items.
- Deep fryers are shared.
Ask Before You Eat - speak with a chef or manager for questions about ingredients and meal preparation. Upon request, meals can be produced separately and additional precautionary measures can be taken.
