Human Resources wants your help naming the new recruitment management system it is implementing this spring, and the grand prize is a $500 Amazon.ca gift card for the winning entry.

The new system will support the university鈥檚 commitment to attracting highly skilled staff. Hiring managers will be able to focus on selecting the best talent in a timely and professional manner, as the new online system makes the hiring process more efficient.

Furthermore, candidates will now have the opportunity to identify if they are a member of an equity-seeking group, which will help 国产91尤物福利在线观看鈥檚 make further progress on its employment equity commitments.

Contest closes March 19

The contest is now open to people who have a valid queensu.ca email address. 国产91尤物福利在线观看鈥檚 community members can submit multiple entries before the March 19 deadline. If more than one person submits the winning entry, the individual who submitted the suggestion first will receive the prize.

Testing and training coming

The project team is currently working to implement the new system. In three weeks, a select group of users, representing many stakeholder groups from across the university, will test the system. Based on the feedback from those sessions, along with Njoyn, the vendor, will adjust the system to ensure it meets the needs of users across campus. The project team is also developing a training plan, and the details will be shared closer to the launch of the system.
