To book a session with a Residence Mental Health Therapist, located in Victoria Hall, you can book online using the TELUS Collaborative Health Record (CHR) Connect app. You can access several types of Wellness appointments on the TELUS app, including booking with Residence Mental Health Therapists, and can re-schedule or cancel appointments, get reminders, fill out required forms, and get test result messages.

First year doesn’t have to feel like a free fall into chaos. Navigating First Year Frenzy is a weekly, therapist-led group where you’ll meet fellow students, get real about what’s ahead, and pick up strategies for navigating campus life. Snacks, laughs, and practical tips included.
