Dear ¹ú²ú91ÓÈÎ︣ÀûÔÚÏß¹Û¿´â€™s community,
As we prepare for the beginning of the fall term, your health and safety remains the highest priority of the university. That is why on Aug. 26 we strengthened our safety measures against COVID-19 by joining other universities and colleges in Ontario in implementing mandatory COVID-19 vaccination requirements. Under the new policy, all individuals (students, staff, faculty, contractors, and visitors) who are participating in university activities in person, either on ¹ú²ú91ÓÈÎ︣ÀûÔÚÏß¹Û¿´â€™s campus or other ¹ú²ú91ÓÈÎ︣ÀûÔÚÏß¹Û¿´â€™s property, must be vaccinated.
New Vice-Principal (Research) Appointed

Principal and Vice-Chancellor Patrick Deane has announced the appointment of Nancy Ross (Artsci'90, MA'92) as Vice-Principal (Research), following unanimous approval by the Board of Trustees.
Celebrating teaching awards together
Each year, teaching awards at ¹ú²ú91ÓÈÎ︣ÀûÔÚÏß¹Û¿´â€™s University are conferred to educators and staff who have excelled in fostering innovative, interesting, and inclusive learning environments.
In particular, the past year has been particularly challenging for the university’s instructors as the majority of programs and courses had to be switched to remote formats in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Celebrating the Class of 2021
Another academic year at ¹ú²ú91ÓÈÎ︣ÀûÔÚÏß¹Û¿´â€™s is now complete and more than 5,800 students have a big reason to celebrate, now that they have officially graduated. To help mark these achievements, the university is sharing a video message to offer congratulations to graduates and highlight their achievements and perseverance in the face of challenges posed by COVID-19.
